Failed footpath outside City Provisions Perth resulted in danger to public safety and significantly impacted surrounding shop operation.
Pennant Construction successfully tendered for the remediation works to the footpath which included working closely with the City of Perth to expedite the Building Permit to allow for prompt commencement of works. Due to the number of lives services within the area, all application and permit was requested and approved by the relevant services authority prior to undertaking the works.
Apart from providing the client a very competitive price, we were able to complete the works within the two weeks shop closure as nominated by the shop owners. A post completion site visit was undertaken by the City of Perth and approval received on same day. Both the client and City of Perth was impressed with how quickly the works were completed.
