Lums Wine Bar

Lums Wine Bar was a very exciting project for Pennant Construction due to the high visibility of the project within the heart of the Subiaco town centre with many interested pedestrians popping their head in to ask about the project.

The client was heavily involved with the project which allowed for quick decision making process and resolution of issues that facilitated a fast construction timeframe.

The new design has transformed the bar into a trendy and comfortable space, with a new layout that maximises its capacity and functionality.
