Extensive fitout for change of use from office to education facility.
The client directly engaged Pennant Construction to complete the fitout of the commercial building which included engaging Architect and Engineers to complete the design process and submission of Building Permit.
Building Permit was granted by the City of Perth in late 2023 with construction works commencing Feb 2023.
Pennant safely completed the demolitions works which enabled the new fitout and services to commence. We worked closely with the Architect and Building Certifier to ensure all building access requirements are complied due to existing structure constraints. Throughout the process, we provided a number of cost saving options to the client which further improved on the project budget.
