Demolition and fitout of a new office.
As a result of our delivery at 6 Thelma St, the client directly engaged Pennant Construction to complete the fitout of the adjacent building to accommodate for additional teaching labs and offices.
The project involved demolition of various elements of the existing building and installing new workspace to accomodate for client requirements.
The project is currently on track to be delivered below budget.
