Burned down on Christmas Day of 2022, Pennant Construction is proud to be able to help the Client rebuild their business and start a new.
The client engaged Pennant Construction to provide a competitive price after receiving a number of above market quotations. We worked openly and transparently with the Client to prepare a fair and reasonable project budget which ultimately resulted in the succesful award of the Project.
Given the inhabitable state following the fire, we safely demolished all structures as required by the structural engineer and began the process of rebuilding and rectifying the structure.
We understand how important this business was for the client and made sure they are actively engaged through the construction process. The project is expected to be completed in Q3 of 2023 and we cannot wait for the opening day!
