We are proud to have been involved in completing the fitout for the most popular bagel in town!
The fitout of the Bagel O shop was challenging due to working within an existing structure with a number of unknown issues that was identified once demolition commenced. Issues included structural alterations within bulkheads and ceiling space which was not captured in previous as-built that had to be resolved to mitigate clashes with new layouts.
Pennant Construction was able to resolve all issues with the client and architect to ensure final outcome still meets compliance whilst achieving the functional requirement of the client.
Since the opening of the shop in later 2022, Bagel O has been the talk of the town and was features in a number of online media including Perth Now, urban List and Perth is OK!
